Overview: The 2130mm x 100mm Flexible Diamond Sanding Belt (approx. 84" length x 4" width) is engineered for heavy-duty industrial belt grinders, automatic edge processing lines, and stroke sanders. Electroplated industrial diamond particles firmly anchored to a heavy-duty, tear-resistant flexible cloth backing ensure fast stock removal, aggressive leveling, and uniform pre-polishing across extra-hard non-ferrous materials.

Key Features

  • Full Grit Spectrum & Patterns: Available in Dot and Arrow diamond patterns from coarse 60 Grit shaping up to 1800 Grit fine polishing.
  • Industrial Heavy-Duty Dimension: 2130mm x 100mm (84" x 4") wide-format profile built for large surface grinding, edge bevelling, and high-throughput production.
  • Tear-Resistant Flexible Backing: Reinforced backing maintains tracking stability, conforms smoothly over contact wheels, and prevents edge fraying under high tension.
  • Engineered Precision Joint: Low-profile butt splice prevents bumping and tracking drift at high rotational speeds.

Applications

  • Architectural flat glass grinding, edge chamfering, and laminated glass shaping
  • Lapidary slab thickness calibration, large agate leveling, and stone sculpting
  • Engineered stone, granite countertop edge beveling, and porcelain tile grinding
  • Thermal spray coatings, tungsten carbide, and advanced technical ceramics

Operating Guidelines

  • Coolant: Always operate with adequate water coolant or water-soluble grinding fluid to flush swarf and maximize belt longevity.
  • Tension & Tracking: Verify belt tension and tracking alignment on idle before engaging full working load.
  • Speed: Recommended surface speed 3,000 to 5,500 SFPM depending on workpiece hardness and coolant volume.
