The 1" (25.4mm) to 20mm Saw Blade Arbor Adapter 5pcs Set is a precision-machined reducing bushing kit designed to adapt diamond saw blades and cutting discs with a standard 1" (25.4mm) bore onto machinery with a 20mm arbor shaft.
Key Features
- Precision Tolerance Fit: Accurately bridges 1" (25.4mm) blade arbor holes down to 20mm motor spindles, preventing shaft play, vibrations, and off-center blade rotation.
- Rigid Metallic Alloy: Crafted from high-strength metal alloy to ensure structural integrity and long-lasting concentricity under high-RPM cutting and wet slurry conditions.
- 5-Piece Value Multi-Pack: Supplies 5 identical adapter bushings, convenient for mounting multiple blades simultaneously or keeping backup spares in your lapidary workshop.
- Smooth & Accurate Slicing: Maintains concentric stability for clean, straight kerfs across precious gemstones, quartz, agate, glass, and ceramic materials.
Recommended Applications
- Mounting 1" (25.4mm) arbor diamond slab saw and trim saw blades onto 20mm spindle lapidary equipment.
- Adapting circular stone, tile, and glass cutting blades to European and international standard 20mm shaft power tools.
