The 1" (25.4mm) to 3/4" (19.05mm) Saw Blade Arbor Adapter 5pcs Set is a precision-engineered reducing bushing kit developed to adapt diamond saw blades and cutting discs with a standard 1" (25.4mm) bore onto machinery with a 3/4" (19.05mm) arbor shaft.
Key Features
- Precision Tolerance Fit: Seamlessly reduces 1" (25.4mm) inner diameter blade arbor holes to fit standard 3/4" (19.05mm) motor shafts, eliminating shaft runout, vibration, and blade wobble.
- Durable Metallic Construction: Machined from solid metal alloy to maintain rigid concentricity under continuous rotational loads, high cutting friction, and wet slurry environments.
- 5-Piece Workshop Set: Contains 5 identical adapter rings, ideal for mounting multiple diamond cutting discs or keeping dedicated workshop backups.
- Cleaner Kerf Cuts: Assures true concentric blade rotation for cleaner, smoother cuts across hard agate, quartz, jasper, glass slabs, and ceramic tiles.
Recommended Applications
- Adapting 1" (25.4mm) bore diamond trim saw and slab saw blades onto 3/4" spindle lapidary machines and wet tile saws.
- Mounting standard circular masonry, porcelain, and stone cutting discs onto 3/4" arbor power equipment.
