Operating Guidelines

• Always operate with adequate continuous water coolant to keep the diamond cool and flush grinding swarf out of the textured channels.
• Apply light to moderate hand pressure; allow the aggressive textured diamond grid to cut without forcing the workpiece.
• Avoid concentrated grinding directly on sharp 90-degree corners to protect the electroplated edge rim.
