Operating Guidelines

• Score or cross-hatch lightly if necessary before charging with diamond paste, oil-based extender, or water-soluble lubricant.
• Keep lap speed moderate (approx. 200–600 RPM) to prevent throwing off diamond compound and avoid excessive heat buildup.
• Clean thoroughly between grit stages to prevent cross-contamination.
