The Keyless Drill Chuck 0.3–3.2mm Arbor Adapter (M7 Thread) is a quick-change, keyless clamping chuck engineered for rotary tools, flex shafts, and electric die grinders. Available in both Long and Short tail profiles to fit diverse spindle housings.
Key Features
- Universal Clamping Range (0.3–3.2mm): Eliminates the hassle of swapping individual collets, instantly gripping micro drill bits, diamond burs, polishing wheels, and carving points across continuous diameters from 0.3mm up to 3.2mm.
- Hardened High-Speed Steel (HSS) Jaws: 3-jaw precision mechanism provides concentric, balanced tool grip with superior wear resistance against slipping or jaw galling.
- Lightweight Anodized Aluminum Alloy Body: Keeps spindle weight minimal to reduce centrifugal strain on high-RPM rotary motor bearings.
- Standard M7 Thread Fit: Direct screw-on compatibility with M7 threaded rotary tool output shafts (M7 x 0.75mm pitch).
- Available in Long & Short Tail Profiles: Choose the Short version for compact handpieces or the Long version for recessed or shielded spindle cowlings.
Recommended Applications
- Lapidary gemstone drilling, micro-carving, and cabochon polishing.
- Jewelry fabrication, hole drilling, and stone setting detailing.
- PCB prototyping, hobby crafting, and fine precision model making.

Operating & Maintenance Guidelines
- Verify that your rotary tool spindle thread is M7 (approximately 6.8–7.0mm outer diameter) before threading on the chuck.
- Hand-tighten firmly onto the tool shank; never use pliers or heavy wrenches on the aluminum knurled barrel.
- Periodically blow out lapidary slurry and dust from the internal 3-jaw mechanism and apply a drop of light machine oil to maintain smooth movement.
