The 20mm to 1/2" (12.7mm) Saw Blade Arbor Adapter 5pcs Set is an ultra-precise reducing bushing kit engineered to adapt diamond saw blades and cutting discs with a 20mm bore onto lapidary trim saws and power tools equipped with a 1/2" (12.7mm) arbor shaft.
Key Features
- Precision Tolerance Fit: Accurately bridges 20mm inner diameter blades down to standard 1/2" (12.7mm) motor shafts, preventing blade wobble, vibration, and arbor runout.
- Heavy-Duty Precision Machining: Machined from durable wear-resistant metal alloy to maintain strict concentricity under wet cutting friction and high rotational speeds.
- 5-Piece Value Multi-Pack: Provides 5 matching reducer bushings, perfect for mounting multiple diamond blades or keeping reliable backups in the workshop.
- Clean & Accurate Kerf: Eliminates arbor slippage for smooth, chip-free cuts across agate, jasper, jade, glass slabs, and porcelain tile.
Recommended Applications
- Mounting 20mm arbor diamond trim saw and lapidary slabbing blades onto 1/2" shaft grinding arbors or tile saws.
- Adapting circular masonry, ceramic, and gemstone cutting wheels to bench motors with a 1/2" arbor spindle.
