Usage Guidelines

• Preheat both the gemstone preform and the dop stick slightly to promote full adhesive wetting.
• Melt a small amount of green wax in a dop pot or with a gentle alcohol flame onto the head of the dop stick.
• Seat the warmed stone firmly into the molten wax, forming a slight collar around the stone base for support.
• Allow to cool completely to room temperature before grinding with water coolant.
• To remove, place the finished stone in the freezer for 10–15 minutes for an effortless clean pop-off, or dissolve residual wax in isopropyl alcohol or mineral spirits.
