Overview
The 3/4" (19.05 mm) to 1/2" (12.7 mm) Saw Blade Arbor Reducing Bushing Adapter (5-Piece Set) is a precision-engineered reduction ring designed to adapt circular saw blades, lapidary blades, and diamond cutting discs with a 3/4" (19.05 mm) center arbor hole to power equipment with a 1/2" (12.7 mm) drive shaft or spindle. Precision stamped and machined for true concentricity, these bushings eliminate arbor play, minimize rotational vibration, and ensure smooth, accurate cuts across lapidary, glass, tile, and masonry projects.
Key Features
- Precision Arbor Conversion: Reduces 3/4" (19.05 mm) blade bore down to standard 1/2" (12.7 mm) machine shafts with tight tolerances to prevent wobble and runout.
- Durable Construction: Fabricated from high-grade, wear-resistant steel designed to withstand cutting torque and continuous shop operation.
- Flush Profile: Fits snugly inside the saw blade core flush with the blade surface, allowing blade stabilizing washers and flange nuts to clamp securely.
- 5-Piece Workshop Value Pack: Provides multiple adapters to keep on hand for quick blade setups and dedicated multi-blade configurations.
Applications
- Lapidary trim saws and slab saws
- Tile wet saws and masonry cutters
- Table saws, circular saws, and bench grinder shaft setups
- Adapting continuous rim and notched rim diamond saw blades
